
This Thursday 1/12/2017 we’re launching a 30 DAY MEDITATION CHALLENGE to kickstart your practice into 2017! We will commit to practicing as a collective every day, wherever we may be, each one of us supporting eachothers' efforts to create a potent habit that will transform ourselves and our world into 2017 and beyond. I'll be sending you an inspiring picture and quote, every day and we'll be able to share our experience digitally wherever we are. Taking the 30 day meditation challenge on as a community is designed to help us start and develop one of the most powerful tools for well being we have available to us this upcoming year - a daily mindfulness meditation practice. Within us we have incredible resources for peak performance and focus, anxiety reduction, happiness unaffected by external circumstances and deep contentment - if we commit to developing them daily! I'm here to help you do that so please come and take advantage of the good fortune I've had to study with great teachers.

About the Class
Meditator, DJ and Music Producer Darin McFadyen (aka FreQ Nasty, Dub Kirtan All-Stars, Yoga of Bass) will explore the initial stages of the Samatha- Vipassana Mindfulness technique as taught by his meditation teacher Upasaka Culadasa. Learn how to start a meditation practice, what to meditate on, and the point of meditation. Classes are informal and suitable for all levels. Happily offered by Middle Way LA and YogaofBass.com.
