Our approach to practice is based on the teachings of Sayadaw U Tejaniya, which encourages the cultivation of wise awareness in all aspects of life. Therefore, in addition to formal sitting practice, our group will also practice while engaging in a variety of activities. There may be weeks when we will meet for a hike, at a public event, to shop, etc., or virtually via Zoom. We will notify you when this is the case. But unless otherwise noted, our regular group will be held at Inner Way. 

Thank you for your interest in this group! We are so excited to be starting a new L.A.- based sangha — especially one of this nature. We look forward to watching our sangha grow, alongside you and other friends on the path. Hope to see you soon!
