This special Peace Lab with Cindy Lee is for anyone who feels the urge to gather together with community. As tumultuous events continue to unfold, we will meditate to witness emotions such as grief or anger, hopelessness or tenderness. We’ll also do a contemplation for connecting to others and considering our own behaviours in relationship and end with a discussion on channeling our energy into compassionate action.
By donation. All proceeds will go to support healthcare and humanitarian aid in Ukraine.
