The Mind Illuminated:
The Ten Stages of Meditation

Mind Illuminated CoverThis ten-week course is for anybody interested in meditation, regardless of whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner. We will be presenting a powerful new set of meditation instructions that combine traditional Buddhist teachings with an emerging scientific understanding of the mind. It doesn’t have to take decades of meditating in a cave to experience all the wonders that this path has to offer. You can achieve rapid progress within a matter of months. This class will help empower you to become your own best teacher!

Fridays, March 18 - May 20 at 7:30 - 9:30 pm

Our guide on the journey will be Jeremy Graves, co-author along with Culadasa (John Yates, Ph.D.) and Matthew Immergut, Ph.D., of the acclaimed best-selling meditation manual, The Mind Illuminated, which will be our go-to manual. Together, we will explore how the mind is structured and how meditation completely transforms and heals it over time. With these teachings, you’ll always know exactly where you stand on the path to developing concentration and mindfulness, and you’ll understand what you need to do next to make the fastest possible progress. Whether you’re an intellectual seeker of truth or an intuitive, heart-based practitioner – or a little bit of both – this is a class for you!
