Join us at Middle Way LA for an all day urban meditation retreat - a perfect opportunity for meditators of all levels and backgrounds to kick start their practice with personalized instruction in one-on-one interviews with the teacher – or simply to relax and set their stress aside. We will be led by Jeremy Graves, who along with his teacher Culadasa, and Matthew Immergut PhD, is an author of the bestselling meditation manual, The Mind Illuminated: A Complete Meditation Guide Integrating Buddhist Wisdom and Brain Science. Come treat yourself to a day of serenity and inner exploration, from morning to evening.

• The retreat will be conducted in noble silence, and will be offered monthly.
