Join us as we mark the end of Losar and move into the Year of the Wood Snake. Using this symbolism as a launching point, we’ll explore transformation—shedding old skins, attuning to intuitive wisdom, and grounding ourselves in the stability and growth of the wood element.
This two-hour session will include a talk, meditation, journaling reflections, and group discussion.
To close, we’ll celebrate with a 
dance (or sway in your seat!)
Bring a candle or incense to light as a symbol of renewal.
