The purpose of the group is to help create the life you only dreamed of!
We will do this by healing the past and using simple techniques to create the life YOU want.
Manuals will be provided and we will work on a different aspect each month.
I will provide additional support in between meetings if needed by phone, zoom, or at my office in West LA.
There will be some reading and assignments to do in between meetings.
You will learn a healing technique based on Reiki. 
How to use your energy and emotions for you (not against you )
How to breathe out trauma 
How to set boundaries and love self first.
How to be self-empowered.
How to create the best Vision for your life.

Jane’s extraordinary interest in the inner person and in self-healing discovered early in her childhood, would later become her life’s work. Jane has studied with many teachers throughout the years, and through decades of personal study, and today, her mission is to help individuals and groups learn strategies to overcome emotional and psychological barriers in their daily lives that prevent them from living their life’s dream.
