Jed Forman has been part of Middle Way LA since 2011 under the tutelage of his heart teacher Mira Kingsley. Studying Buddhist philosophy at Amherst college and Tufts University in Massachusetts, he didn’t immerse himself in Buddhist practice until his arrival in Los Angeles. Jed’s undergraduate study in philosophy, volunteer work in South Africa, and life as a dancer were all major inspirations for his spiritual path. In addition to recently graduating from the 18 foundational courses and beginning advanced studies with his teacher, he also is completing an MS in Kinesiology and Dance at Cal State University-Northridge. He has completed his 200-hour certification at Black Dog Yoga Studio. His yoga classes focus on the importance and benefits of beautiful alignment. Jed was elected to the Board in 2013 and serves as Co-Treasurer.
