Integrating The Dance of Realities
7-week series, Tuesdays starting October 1st
Cost: $15 (Drop-ins welcomed)
This movement-based class will explore the connection between our daily life practices and how those experiences manifest in our physical bodies. Together we will create a safe and fun space using tools such as journaling, discussion, music, and dance to bridge the gaps between our experience in meditation and studies — to the integrated embodiment of them, in the here and now. How do we allow our body and mind to support each other? In this class, we will explore and deepen the mind-body connection, allowing for a more integrated human experience. No previous dance or meditation experience is necessary; all are welcome and encouraged to join.
