Delving into one of the world’s most treasured spiritual texts on living a life of deep contentment, this course will illuminate the Perfection of Meditation from the Buddhist teachings on the six dynamics of human character that cultivate awakening and liberation. We will explore the essentials for living a meditative lifestyle, the benefits of meditation, the object of meditation and the recipe for how to meditate on those objects.

Teacher: Brian Reid completed an 18-course foundational program and 18-course advanced program in Tibetan Buddhism guided by Lama Marut. He formerly served as Middle Way LA’s Executive Director and Board Vice-President. Today, Brian serves as a Senior Teacher at Middle Way LA and teaches nationwide and abroad.
