In addition to being lots of fun, comedy can transform fears, frustration, anger or sadness. When we find a way to joke about something painful or bothersome, it loses its power. Then it's no longer something that we are struggling with alone, but something that connects us with other people. The goal of the class is to help people find their voice and express themselves through comedy.
