Is physical pain an obstacle to your meditation or other activities? This immersive workshop offers concrete experience, exercises and anatomical information as well as one on one diagnostic and hands on assistance for more easeful sitting.

You don't have to ignore your pain to grow spiritually. You can use the body as a deep source of energy and wisdom, which is always available if you learn how to listen and engage.  Meditation involves opening compassionate communication with all parts of our being. Physical discomfort, especially in meditation, is a call to deepen your connection to the physical self. Understanding how the body and mind work together and making simple adjustments can relieve pain.

You are welcome to bring your cushion or whatever will help recreate your regular sitting setup.

Will I be required to sit cross legged for 4 hours? Is the point to be in pain or can you sit in a chair?
