Courage: Connection and Spiritual Activism
with Shadi Mogadime
hosted by Cindy Lee and Inner Way LA
Cindy Lee will host this Community Gathering with Shadi Mogadime as we all continue to learn together.
Shadi will explore how to "utilize spiritual practices to find the courage to stay the course for peace and justice for all while deepening our connection to each other and taking action on a powerful vision for our community."
We will leave time for community discussion.
From Shadi:
Courage means cor-age. Cour (French) or cor (Latin) means heart. Courage is the power of our hearts.
In this session we’ll delve into and practice together the core of the Buddhist teachings of wisdom and compassion. We’ll look at what it is to be a spiritual activist and how this is a compelling remedy for our time. Ancient meditations of love and compassion can help you awaken, strengthen and deeply connect to your infinite radiant heart.
