Unleash Your Inner Comic
Sunday, August 19 at 1-4pm
Joys and sorrows we experience in our lives may actually become seeds of great art. Learn to light up your life through stories and jokes. Comedy can transform our fears, frustration, anger or sadness. When we find a way to joke about something that bothers us, it gets expressed externally and loses its power over us. Then it's no longer something we are struggling with alone, but something that connects us with other people. It's a way to get past our self-obsession and a way to heal.
