Dive deep into the patterns holding you back and release them through breath. We come together to discuss our progress and do a 45 minute Liberation Breathing session. We also study from A Course in Miracles.
Breathing session is performed laying down. You will need a yoga mat, pillow and blanket. Some yoga mats and blankets are available. Please bring a pillow and whatever else you need to be comfortable.
Suggested donation: $10.
